I wanted to write to you to give a huge compliment to Natalie Likht. For the past two years, Natalie has organised our family trip to Japan, to incredible detail and success. I have never met Natalie face to face and her incredible itineraries have been organised over email or over the phone. This is testament to her ability to understand and interpret her client's wishes for a fabulous, incident-free holiday. Her attention to detail is to be applauded. We will continue to use the services of Natalie and Rose Bay Travel in the future.
