Dear Rose Bay Travel, I’m here, I’m stunned, and I’m so, so grateful to you for making it actually happen. I spent the entire 8 hours in Tokyo staring at the departures screen, completely unable to believe the only flight which hadn’t been cancelled of the 30 or so up there yesterday evening was ours. How did you do that?! It was blissful, the whole journey - ANA is a wonderful airline, and there’s nothing like having only 30 people on a long haul flight. It was like flying for the first time...! And now I’m very comfortably if surreally holed up in the Sheraton Grand, and am counting my blessings on all fingers and toes. Thank you so very much for stepping in when everything seemed hopeless, and doing such a beautiful job so effectively and with such care. The entire extended family is forever in your debt.
