Mas Doix – Passion, Respect and Balance, The True Essence of the Priorat
Mas Doix is a small family-run winery established in 1998 by the DoixLlagostera family in the region famous for its full-bodied, yet elegant and mineralistic reds – Priorat.
The winery is a reincarnation of a tradition that began in 1850 by Juan Extrems Doix, Juan Doix’s grandfather.
Tending to the over 100-year-old vineyards with love and a profound respect their wines transmit the true essence of the Priorat.
Every vine is tended to by hand – from selecting and picking the grapes in the vineyard and then berry by berry in the winery. This results in wines receiving astonishing reviews and accolades – recognized by Mr. Robert Parker with no rating below 91 points.

Domaine de L’Hortus – Languedoc at its Brimming Best
Jean and Marie-Thérèse Orliac established their domaine in the late seventies, between the Pic Saint Loup and l’Hortus mountains in a beautiful and wild valley. The land, deserted since the end of World War 2, needed much tender love and care, and the couple worked hard bringing it back to its present glory. The reward has been worth it – being recognized worldwide for producing some of the finest wines coming from this region.
Using the traditional grape variety in Languedoc, but tending to their vineyards with cleverness and passion – l’Hortus are able to vinify wines with remarkable freshness, elegance and character coming from a region not usually known for fine wine.
Meet the son of Jean and Marie-Thérèse, Yves, on your SeaDream yacht. Yves is one out of 4 children who today manages the estate – it is a true family affair.
Get a glimpse of their family history, philosophy and passion as Yves host a complimentary wine tasting, pampering SeaDream’s guest with the refreshing and elegant wines from this Languedocian gem.
With a portfolio of full-bodied reds, refreshing whites and characteristic rosé’s paired with a decadent menu from SeaDream’s Executive Chef and Yves’ company - the Winemaker’s Dinner will be a unique experience.
